My Cooking

I would like to share my passion for cooking in this web site.

My diet is a plant based diet. I do not consider myself being a Vegan but my diet is like 98% Vegan and being a family person and athlete as well a proper nutrition is highly important for me and my family!

My cooking is a fast cooking with focus on fresh and genuine ingredients, ecologically produced products that works fine in a modern family. It has to be fast, tasty and kids have to like it as well of course!

My food might not be perfect, but I’m working on it! 🙂

Do not forget to eat more fruit and veggies! It’s important!
